Hi, my baby is 7 months old. So can I get any suggestion on what food can be given to my baby?

A. Hello Now you can give soft mashed recipes like upma, rice dal ghee, khichadi, vegetable soup, boiled egg, chicken soup, mashed banana, papaya, date ladoo , chapati dal. idli soft
