hi my baby is 7 months old please suggest me formula milk is good or cow milk is good uf formula milk is good please help me which the best

Now your baby is seven months old and you should give formula milk to your baby rather than outside milk. Also baby turns one year old and you can start giving outside milk but till the time you have to continue with formula milk. And now we we should also take at least four meals in a day
