RanjeethaMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. You can use B4nappy cream...don use diapers for 1 or 2 days...clean the area with lukewarm water and cotton...

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! For diaper rashes use coconut oil. Apply oil on rash area thin layer and leave without spreading, avoid using diapers for 2 days use normal pants. Clean Diaper area with unscented wipes or wet cloth dipped in warm water and pat dry before putting on other pant similarly clean diaper area after every diaper/nappy change and pat dry.
