Hi! my baby is 7 month 20days old.... I'm giving him cerelac two spoon twice a day... is it enough? and he doesnt like sweet food.... what should be given As salty food?? he doesnt consume cerelac In solid.... he take it As solid-liquid... ????

A. Hai good evening !!! As baby is seven months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. Yes you can feed in semi solid texture home made cerelac preferably, fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes,dal kichdi, oats,Dalia, sooji porridge, upma, Idly, ragi porridge. Avoid using oil, sugar, Salt only use butter/Ghee while preparing baby foods. Give adequate water and fluids for hydration and digestion.
