ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. at this age Introducing finger food may be too early. Start giving finger food when they’re using their whole hand and putting their hand in their mouth.

As baby is just 7 months old baby can't bite/chew finger foods it might cause choking so feed only semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk.
Fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, sooji porridge,ragi porridge, malts..
