Hi my baby is 60 day's old. can we give Ghee, Nutmeg and Acorus calamus mixed with breast milk to baby now ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. yes , after 6 months you can.. make sure to add nutmeg in very little quantity . also start giving complementary food along with breast milk on demand .

For the first 6 months the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your child.
