Q.

hi.. my baby is 6 months old now . how much water and milk he required in a day? also what solid food can we give to him please suggest.

A. you can give sips of water in every hour for further advise in relation to this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it.t becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination

A. Water Should be a minimum about five into 50 to 70 ML and milk should be somewhere round 750 ML eventually because if you are going to give about two or three meals from the beginning then 750 ML plus is a good amount to go far okay and you can start with regular food like vegetable purée soups fruit purée porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji Kheer Upma can also be given coconut water water buttermilk curd Paneer cheese should also be given
