A. Baby Ji 6 months and sweating a lot It is quite common that in small babies the head will be having largest surface area naturally there is more blood supply to the head similarly both palms and soles will be having more blood supply they are warmer for feeling it is not fever no need of any medicines And they will be sweating also to regulate body temperature

A. Its Just that the body has more heat than our body which is why this quite a lot and it’s absolutely normal there is nothing you need to worry about there is no treatment or anything required for it is absolutely normal
