A. as she is active and normal, taking feeds well no need to worry about it Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby. or If your baby is on formual milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
