hi my baby is 6 month old bt very slow weight gain she is just 4.8kg she is having heart problm.. she is rolling and lifting her head bt head is not stable yet. wat to do to make it stable am giving her tummy time

well your child weighs normal.
so please don't take stress for it.
for head control :
yes give enough tummy time.
give Massage to your child daily
whenever your child is playing , place toys around him or her ,it will help to encourage your child to grab them and so it will help to strengthen the muscles.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
Maintain good hygiene
