Q.

Hi My baby is 5 months old and she is getting white discharge from pre auricular sinus pit and she haven't got any fever or pain. can someone please help me in understanding the cause of it and why is the discharge coming all of a sudden.

A. It needs to be checked as it might require antibiotics and also to rule out is there a fistula or not where pus is accumulating and needs drainage or not so consult an ear specialist

A. Hello dear parent, you must consult with your paediatric only for the same. As doctor would examine and guide you on that basis. Also massage your baby regularly with coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil. Also keep baby's head in an elevated position while feed ng. Good luck and take care
