hi...my baby is 4 months old now..I feed her with both breast milk and formula for every 3 hrs..last night by 12 I fed her..after that she slept..since then she did not pee..in the morning after giving two feedings she did..what might be the reason?? is that condition,dehydration??if so..should I feed her even during night sleep??plz help me with ur ans..

A. it is not necessary that the child will pass urine again and again and if in 24 hours the child passes urine for more than 7 times then it is good enough and it is not important to pass urine at night time
