A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she doesn’t sleep well at night times so give her frequent breast feeding and see if the sleeping conditions are comfortable

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activvities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. It Could be a possibility that your child is sleeping for a longer duration in the day time which is why your child is not sleeping properly in the night time that’s very common with kids at this age so need not worry about it keep your child a week in the daytime try to spend more time so that way your child would be awake and we sleep for longer time in the night
