Q.

Hi. My baby is 4 months and a week old, she slept with me in bed till now and now m introducing her to sleep in a cradle bed for nights. Is it safe to keep babies for such long durations in cradle bed (Palna) ? How much old babies can sleep in it ?

A. baby is 4 month Sleep patterns varies among babies it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed
