Q.
Hi my baby is 4 month old .she has started iron drops few days ago and her poop starts coming dark in colour after after.Is it normal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes, that's on my due to iron drops, n nothing to worry n stop it. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeeds.

As long as your baby is active, accepting feeds, no blood or foul smell in the stools then nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
