Hi. My baby is 4 month 25 days old.. She gain only 200 grams from last month.. I have enough bm.. Her urine and motion is also good.. I am really worried.. Is it normal or concerning??

As you have mentioned her urine and motion are good, these are excellent science that she is likely getting enough hydration and nutrition. A single weight measurement is less important than the overall trend. You can consult your paediatrician to discuss this and to rule out any underlying issues that is discussing low weight gain.
