hi my baby is 3month 21days old . i m breastfeeding mom my milk is not sufficient , she does not like formula milk can I start giving cerelac or apple with badam nd cashew to her is it safe or wen is best time to start giving cerelac

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom solids can only be introduced from the age of 6 months onwards only though from the age of 5 months onwards Liquids can be introduced. Try to change the concentration of the formula and observe for a change or you may try to give coconut milk
