hi,my baby is 32 months old and I want to give supplement to mix in milk which is good can you please suggest

A. nuts and saffron mix...for winters u can even add lil turmeric powder to it....

A. hi parent I would recommend to use dates syrup I have ebeen givin her the same since long and it has been very good experience so.far take sunbathing daily use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
