Hi my baby is 3 years old my husband age is 51 mine is 36 can we go for second baby or not

A. Yes you can but as far as your age is concerned then it’s bit difficult for your baby as after 35 years of women may have a defective baby so consult with your gyaenecologist

A. Yes you can, Take prenatal vitamins. Taking folic acid adds extra protection for older women who are more likely to have babies with birth defects. Some prenatal vitamins have 800-1,000 mcg of folic acid. This is still safe in pregnancy. As a matter of fact, some women need more than 400 mcg to protect against birth defects.
