Hi, My baby is 3 years old, he is having heat rashes or prickly heat how to stop it fast and do we need to put on vest on him in outer clothes to soak sweat as his school t shirt is thick. Thanks

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply calamine lotion thrice daily. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can go for prickly heat powderx application also. if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor.

Yes vest is important please use it apart from that also I would recommend you to regularly apply candid dusting powder even even when you’re sending the child to school apply a little bit of powder on the area where the pet rashes are there it will help in avoiding sweat and will help in better eating of rash
