Q.

hi my baby is 3 weeks old now. still he is latching with nipple shield as i have short nipple...can I continue to feed with shield or what to do?? How to improve my short nipple into normal?? will my baby latch on my own as days goes???

A. Hello dear You can keep trying in between to see if the baby is able to latch directly. If not there is absolutely no problem for the baby to feed on the nipple shield

A. gently pull out nipples with the help of thumb and pointer finger at bathing time.

A. hi you should try direct feeding try it with different feeding positions for flat nipple problem , you may use nipple shield for time being because on long run ,it can cause tooth alignment problem in babies. so instead of it I am suggesting direct breastfeeding and to cure flat nipple , please massage your nipple area while taking bath
