hi my baby is 3 months old is it ok to poop after every feed and in poop sometimes I see mucus is it a problem

This is due to immature digestive system which will be fine as the baby grows up. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds,gaining weight then no need to worry
