hi, my baby is 3 months old i used to pump but from few days i didnt pump my milk flowing stop what should i do to get my milk back... these days i was giving him the fromula.. plz help me and suggest me whether my milk will be back or not i m very much worried

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi good afternoon !! The more baby latches the more milk produces.
Feed breastmilk directly to baby,if you have any latch/nipple problem use nipple shield.
Have lactating foods in diet to increase milk supply.
Rusk
roasted bread
Papaya
chikoo
bottle gourd
garlic
kheema.
Have garlic milk to lactate within short time.
Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk add sugar and have it alternate days.
