take more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.

Eat almost every types of fruits and vegetables in moderate quantities as each has its own importance and nutritional value which will also help baby to develop immunity in the body.
