Q.

Hi. My baby is 3 and half months old and had suddenly stopped having breastfeed at the age of 2 and a half months. My milk production starting declined gradually. Does it increases the chances of breast cancer??

A. there is no relation to the milk Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

A. If you don't express milk by either nursing or pumping, your body begins to secrete prolactin inhibiting factor (PIF). PIF sends the signal to your brain that the milk isn't needed and gradually shuts down milk production.
