Hi, my Baby is 3.5 yr old. Can I give him ViVa or Horlicks kinda drinks..? Please suggest

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, absolutely these health drinks are not required. It may fill the tummy and promote weight gain but that won’t be age appropriate and healthy. Also it can lead to fussy eating replacing other healthy meals
