hi my baby is 2yr 9 mon old. can I give badham powder mix with milk before her sleep at night. it's digestable?

At least half an hour to 40 minutes before sleeping time because it is going to be little heavy for the child to digest so if you want to give it just give it a good gap in between sleep time in the powder that you willing to give let it get digested to quite an excellent before you put your child to sleep
