hi my baby is 2months old she has something like dandruff in her head. should I consult doctor or is it normal

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. it looks like dandruff but it's called cradle cap. it is flaky and could happen due to dry scalp. you must wash the hair regularly and wash off all the shampoo after bath. it usually goes away on its own. if you want to then you can consult your pediatrician also once. nothing to worry at all. quite common in babies. while giving bath gently gather the flakes with fingers. don't pull or scrape out.
