Q.
hi my baby is 2months and 7days he got urine infection n having mild fever also... dr. started oflox 100 2timea a day for 3days... he told to admit if infection not come down.. v r fear to admit.. is there any other way to cure. was it common in baby n was it necessary to admit please suggest me..

keep exclusively breastfeeding your child..
if fever persists then give prescribed medication and complete antibiotics course..
keep diaper area clean and maintain hygiene ..
allow your baby for some diaper free time, use pure cotton cloth diaper..
