Hi, My baby is 23 days old. She regularly have gases in stomach at night and we give her Gastica for relief. Is it good to give Gastica regularly? Is it safe? Or any other solution like home remedies?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturgity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle vfeeding, not giving proper bucrping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
