hi, my baby is 23 days old. she is spitting milk after breastfeed. and also other time spitting a small amount of milk. is this normal or upnormal. upnormal means what should i do to avoid these spitting issue

This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as the baby grows up. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds,gaining weight then no need to worry
