Hi My baby is 22 month old. Last month he got worms so we gave him 2 doses of bandy plus in 2 weeks interval. After a month we did the test again and it came positive for roundworms again. Now we dont k ow what to do. Should we give him bandy plus again. Last dose was 1 month ago

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. here so Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor
