hi my baby is 21 month old he had his bcg vaccination but yet not formed any scar on his hand, I'm confused whether he's vaccinated or not

A. Scar doesn’t happen these days it never used to happen to everybody in the previous time also but people who have had they relieved that the vaccination is going to leave a mark like that but actually doesn’t happen anymore
