hi my baby is 20 months old .he is suffering from running nose, sneezing, fever . which medicine is should be given

Sinarist 2ML twice a day for cold and you can go ahead with giving Calpol or any other paracetamol medicine that you have available with you about the 2 ml only and you can repeat this medicine after every six hours if the fever keeps coming over and over
