hi my baby is 20 month old... and he always sleeps on his tummy... he is comfortable with that posture... but my worry is is that ok . does baby is body gets affected with it

Sleeping on the tummy is a very comfortable position for kids in fact it helps in winding up the lungs better for better breathing so all in all if you look at it it’s a very comfortable position and there is no problem especially when we don’t use a pillow kids are very comfortable sleeping on the tummy itself
