hi my baby is 2 months old .she is on both mothers feed and formula feed she passes green colour motion is it OK?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, it is okay..! Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools.It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast.

Green poop may indicate a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance in breastfed babies, which results in your baby is getting a larger portion of foremilk (watery milk) than hindmilk (thicker, fattier milk). Though this can cause tummy discomfort, it doesn't indicate a milk supply issue or problem with your milk.
