Q.

hi my baby is 2 months and 22 days old ,she is passing light green stool for the past six days ,am giving formula feed once a day and rest of the feeds are breastfeeding

A. to the consistency of the stool is a semi-solid to solid then do not worry about the frequency of stool but if it is watery then only you have to worry about the colour of the stool

A. hi don't worry it is normal on breas tfed babies it is caused by Imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk so feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well. make changes in your diet also as it might be a reaction to the food which you ate in formulafed babies,it is caused by iron supplements of formula. so don't worry but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician
