hi my baby is 2 month old she is pooping lil lil whole day ,sometimes watery sometimes normal, she is not pooping in good qty bcoz of watery poop rashes also occured,also gas is very much with every gas also poop n water comes out,she is on total breastfeed, pls suggest a solution
