hi my baby is 2 month old she is pooping lil lil whole day ,sometimes watery sometimes normal, she is not pooping in good qty bcoz of watery poop rashes also occured,also gas is very much with every gas also poop n water comes out,she is on total breastfeed, pls suggest a solution

A. its common in infants of this age. burp well after feeding is imp to avoid gases accumalation. practivlce tummy time daoky. mother should avoid taking spicy, citrus and gases producing food.
