Q.
Hi my baby is 2 month old.. he is on breastfeed.. but twice in a day i give him bottle becuase inhae a 2 year old toddler also.. now since 2 days he is just rejecting my milk and wants only bottle.. when i try to give breast milk he starts crying.. olz can someone help.. cant keep him hungry also so have to give him formula .. i want him to be on my feed too

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this.
see videos on you tube for breastfeeding position and attachment.x
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk for yourself.
take 15 to 3x0 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and also massage your breast before feeding and also keep on trying to feed directly or you can pump your milk too.
