Q.

hi my baby is 2.6 years old he had fever crossed 100 so doctor gave me meftal p Ann calpol 250 mg for every 6 hrs meftal is for 2 times morning and night what should be the time gap between calpol and meftal ....do I need to put both together please help me

A. gap of six hours bhfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. hello do not put both the medication together and meftal and calpol should at least have a minimum gap of 4 to 6 hours and if the fever is above 102 then you may give meftal r otherwise calpol r should be sufficient enough for the child as it is a higher dosage of medication
