hi, my baby is 2.5 years old he use to drink 12 to 24months similac formula milk now my baby is 32month still use to drink milk he is not diverting form it .is there any effect on development or growth plz tell and suggest me

cow milk is much better after one year of age, as suddenly baby shifts from formula to cow milk it contains nutrients required after one year of age.

You can give
But also give healthy food fruits vegetables juice etc
Chapati dal rice etc
Dry fruits also good
