hi..my baby is 2.5 months old and he is having a green stool with sticky mucus like thing ..do I need to worry??

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. sir, it's like cough /mucus in his stool but it does not smell that bad, since he has vit d3 it smell like that medicine kinda thing in his potty. ki dly check the attachment
