stop giving pomegranate juice ,it can be given if a child is having loose motions problem.
but as your child is having constipation ,you should give spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child Which make digestion easy.
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time.
