Hi,My baby is 1year and 7 months old,she is suffering from constipation problem,when she is trying to poop she is getting so much of pain,can I know solution for this problem,how can she will free from constipation

As of now in such a situation you can put a suppository because a child is small it will help in clearing the system but on general standards I would recommend you to give more of fibres and fluids in the diet you can give buttermilk coconut water apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and warm water as first thing in the morning
