Q.

Hi.. My baby is 19 months old. Her weight is approx 9.4 kg. She is too thin. I want to know how can gain her weight. I have tried all diet plans, dry fruits, butter, ghee, Dalia, except nonveg that she deny to take. She didn't take outside milk. She only wants to feed BM. She likes Dalia, oats, roti, daal, carrot, potatoes. One basic problem of her is whenever she eats she poo. If I give 4 times food, she poo 4-5 times. if I give 3 times she 3-4 do. Plz suggest what can I do.

A. That is the reason she is not gaining weight as the absorption of the food is not good so work on strengthening her gut like give curd to her daily if possible twice a day morning and lunch and even butter milk and give one banana daily

A. hi well , weight is good enough so nothing to get Panic for this continue with Healthy diet which you are giving. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more give external milk with different flavors like elaychi milk, milk with honey etc which may help to make your child drink it
