Hi, My baby is 18 months old. Recently we stopped giving her Aptamil and started giving her full fat milk my mixing Jaggery. Is it good to give Jaggery added milk?? Or Can we add Aptamil formula to full cream milk?? Please suggest whats should me mix in milk to have proper growth. Thank you!

A. Never mix anything woth formula milk. It can upset the babys tummy. You can give full cream milk alone. If tge baby doesnt like the taste u can add a little(not too sweet) palm sugar or palm candy or brown sugar or jaggery etc., such natural sweetners can be added. Or u can prepare homemade healthmix powfer or nuts powder or beetroot powder etc., without any artificial ingredients and mix in with milk for the baby. Many videos for preparing such health powders are available online. choose the best ones.
