Hi my baby is 17 months old...doctor says it's a seasonal flu.from today evening her temperature is 102. I have given one dose of paracetamol as prescribed by doctor but for 3 hours fever came down..again fever came 102.can anyone tell me that how long it takes to cure fever in seasonal flu.

A. Wait for atleast 3 days and repeat the dose of medicine after five to six hours and sponge bath the baby or make him wear light clothing to reduce body temperatures down give more liquids
