Q.

Hi my baby is 15 month old, he's still on breastfeeding, I'm trying him to feed cow's milk but he always refused to drink that, what should I do? Is breastfeeding is enough for the required nutrition?

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes one year then formula milk is no longer required. It is OK if ur baby is not taking milk. Keep trying. Give milk substitutes like paneer curd cheese etc to meet the milk requirements of the baby in a day.

A. I did that too but it didn't work, he is least interested in fruits also, should I try some formula milk may be he'll be interested to drink that. Apart from that he likes curd so i add that in his meal but I guess that's not enough😒

A. Hi mom Now, breast feed is not enough. Give different milkshakes like apple banana mango strawberry chicoo etc to change the taste and flavour of the cow milk. Give milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups that attracts baby toward milk.
