hi my baby is 14 months old boy, can v give dryfruits like fig, canaberry, kiwi all dried and at wat quantity should v give

A. You can give about two or three teaspoons to your child in a day because most of the people prefer giving dry fruit powder so you can give it this way or maybe 3 to 4 pieces of a particular dry fruit okay so this is how you can offer it to the child on a regular basis dry fruits are extremely healthy to be given to the child
