Q.

Hi my baby is 13 months old. He has 6 teeth total. He is still struggling to chew and prefers pureed food. How can I teach him to chew.

A. Don’t be in a hurry. Definitely the baby will learn to chew but it is difficult for them to let go of the habit of eating puréed food and you should make it a gradual change. A. Hi Mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
